who are independent thought?
independent thought is a practice providing support for individuals, families of individuals and companies of individuals.
Formed in 2002, Independent Thought is motivated to work with individuals to provide the support they need as a person. In this way you can begin to live your life in a way that allows you to gain more of what they want from it.
Independent Thought specialises in helping mums reconnect with the woman inside. Isn't it more fun to be a mum, mom, mother when your are yourself as well?
Independent Thought also provides expertise to companies who wish to invest in the mums and dads who work for them. By making an investment in individuals, organisations will find employees can become more effective and creative, at the very least staff will become more able to provide feedback within an appraisal process.
Independent Thought offers a range of support services aimed to cover the needs of human beings.
Stella George is the founding lifecoach in the independent thought practice.
who am i?
I'm stella.
- Or, rather formally, Dr Stella George
- I know about being a mum, organised, thinking, teaching and training, life coaching, project managing, admin, feeling, being human, making mistakes and trying again
- I'm trained and experienced in thinking, teaching and training, lifecoaching (NCFE Certificate in Life Coaching, UK) project management and hypnotherapy (National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, UK).
- Ideally I like to spend my time being useful - to me that's supporting people to get the most from their lives
- alternatively I like being up a snowy mountain (which was weird when I lived in cambbridge, UK but it's now on my doorstep in Canada – how's that for a life coached life change!)
- I've had rather a lot of education but I only enjoyed some of it, and that means
- I also know about Psychology, Biology and Computing and Artificial Intelligence
- and am interested in people being themselves, how people develop, the brain, memory, consciousness and psychology and most importantly humour.
